Rental questions
Most of our portfolio is in Sonoma County: Petaluma, Rohnert Park, Santa Rosa, and Sonoma anchor it, with homes in the smaller communities from Penngrove to the west county. If you own in a town you do not see listed, call 707-762-7777; coverage follows the portfolio. Looking for a home? View all available rentals.
It depends on the address. Federal and California law apply everywhere; unincorporated Sonoma County adds its own tenancy protections, Petaluma has a full tenant protection ordinance, and the city of Sonoma adds mobilehome-park rules. Our Sonoma County rental law page maps each jurisdiction to its official sources.
Every home on our rentals page has an apply link that goes to our AppFolio application. Questions first? Call our office at 707-762-7777, Mon-Fri 8:30-4:30, and ask about the home you are interested in. Applications are evaluated on the same written criteria for every applicant.
Current asking rents are shown with each home on our rentals page. A licensed manager will price your specific home from what our own portfolio actually leases for in your part of the county, not an algorithm's estimate, and tell you exactly what we charge. Start with a free rental analysis.
