Where does Bundesen Property Management provide property management?

We manage rental homes in Sonoma, Marin, and Solano counties, from offices in Petaluma and Vacaville. Most of our portfolio is in Sonoma County: Petaluma, Rohnert Park, Santa Rosa, and Sonoma, with additional homes in Novato, Vacaville, and Dixon. We have served the North Bay since 1963.

How current are the listings on these pages?

Available homes come straight from our own management system through the rentals page, which updates automatically as homes come available and lease. The guides themselves are reviewed on the date shown on each page.
