Accessibility

Our commitment

This website is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA: semantic page structure, keyboard navigation, a skip link on every page, text alternatives for images, readable color contrast, and forms and links sized to be usable by touch. We are completing an independent accessibility review before we describe the site as conformant, and this page will always state exactly what was tested and when.

Last reviewed: August 29, 2026. Scope: every page of this website. Tested with automated accessibility checks (axe-core), HTML validation, keyboard-only navigation, and measured color contrast and control sizes at phone, tablet, and desktop widths. Our most recent screen-reader pass was August 19, 2026, using VoiceOver on Safari.

The lists of available homes on our rentals page and of commercial spaces on our commercial page are displayed in frames provided by AppFolio, the software that runs our management system. We use them so availability updates automatically, but their content and controls are AppFolio's, not ours, and are outside the scope of this statement. Call the office and we will give you the same information by phone or send it another way.

What we know is not right yet

Listing photographs and their descriptions come from AppFolio inside the listing frames, and we have not tested how well they are described. If you would like a listing or its photographs described to you, call the office. The credit links on our maps come from the mapping library we use and are smaller than the target size we hold our own controls to; no information depends on them.

Portals and applications

Rent payment, maintenance requests, and rental applications are provided by AppFolio and open on AppFolio's site. AppFolio's pages have accessibility limitations we do not control: as of our last check, the owner portal and listings pages disable browser zoom, and some portal pages are missing labels and landmarks that assistive technology relies on. We are pursuing accessibility documentation and fixes with AppFolio.
