Our service area encompasses the greater North Bay from Novato in the south to Healdsburg, 30 miles north of Petaluma. The communities in our area are Novato, Petaluma, Penngrove, Cotati, Rohnert Park, Santa Rosa, Windsor, Healdsburg, Sebastopol, Forestville, and Sonoma. We have agents who are familiar with Sonoma, Marin, Napa, and Lake Counties.

Commercial

The commercial division of CENTURY 21 Bundesen is geared to the person - novice or expert - interested in purchasing or selling commercial property in Northern California. Our commercial agents are extremely knowledgeable in all of the nuances of this specialized area of real estate.

Property Management

With four full-time property managers and over 300 properties, CENTURY 21 Bundesen offers a full range of services to owners and tenants. A list of the services is available upon request. Prospective tenants: A current list of rentals is prepared each Tuesday and Friday and is available free of charge.
