Mozart's outwardly comical masterwork has a surprising outcome
when through the use of subterfuge, dubious allies and hidden
identities the fidelity of two young sister is tested by their
fiances. Curtain at 8 p.m. on Feb 29, Mar. 1, 7,14,15 and 21
and at 3 p.m. on Mar. 9 & 23 and at 7:30 p.m. on Mar. 12, & 19.

The artists of Riverfront Art Gallery in historic downtown
celebrate the opening of two new shows. The reception from 4 to
8 p.m. on March 8 is free and open to the public. JoAnn Naylor
and Marilee Ford present "Coming Alive Again," works in
watercolor and acrylics. Ford's images represent the process of
life reigniting itself, moment to moment. Naylor's work depicts
local landscapes, spring mustard and flora. Kris Shanks, a
biologist and plein air painter, presents "Buildings & Fields," oil
paintings reflecting the agricultural side of California. These
