Located a few blocks from Petaluma's Historic Downtown, CENTURY 21 Bundesen has provided their customers with

CENTURY 21 Bundesen is a corporation owned by Karl W. Bundesen who took over the company from his father,
Herbert W. Bundesen in 1991. Founded by brothers Herbert and Paul Bundesen, the firm was known as Bundesen Real
Estate Investments. After an airplane accident in 1966 which took the life of Paul Bundesen, the firm was then
owned and managed by Herbert Bundesen.
In 1973, after 10 successful years, Bundesen Real Estate Investments joined the world's largest real estate
organization, the CENTURY 21® network. CENTURY 21 Bundesen was the second office in Northern California to join
the CENTURY 21® System. That decision has proven to be a wise one, for today it provides our sales people and our
clients with the "best of two worlds," namely the benefit of association with a well-known company and the benefits
of the corporate, world wide image of the CENTURY 21® System.
Today, the CENTURY 21 Heritage Sign is known readily throughout the United States. In associating yourself with
